Branagh has been building in the Bay Area since 1919 when 20 year-old John Branagh started a construction company with only his desire and determination. In 1986, Peter Branagh founded Branagh Development, Inc. (BDI) a subsidiary company focused initially on building high-end residential homes. At Branagh Development, we believe it's our attention to detail in every facet of design that sets us apart. We insist on the highest level of quality each step of the way, from the carefully selected locations we chose, distinctive plans we design, to the detailed craftsmanship of our homes. Our unwavering commitment to quality has been the cornerstone of Branagh for four generations. Unlike other builders, we steer away from cookie cutter designs and strive to make every BDI home distinctive. With over 200 custom and semi custom homes built, Branagh Development has a reputation for building superior quality, custom homes in Northern California's East Bay communities:Ruby Hills in Pleasanton; Diablo Country Club in Diablo; Blemer Place, Magee Ranch, La Serena, and El Alamo in Danville, and Jones Ranch, Alamo Highlands, and Lark Place in Alamo; Sanders Ranch and Laird Drive in Moraga; Sandy Court in Orinda; Hidden Oaks and Springhill Manor in Lafayette.
